Settings
Manage your profile, security, and AI providers from the Settings page.
Profile
Click Settings in the sidebar. Here you can:
- ✓ View your username (read-only)
- ✓ Update your email address
- ✓ Change your password (requires current password)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of security with TOTP-based 2FA.
Enabling 2FA
- 1 Click Enable 2FA in the Security section
- 2 Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- 3 Save the recovery codes — store them somewhere safe. You'll need them if you lose your authenticator device.
- 4 Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator to confirm
Disabling 2FA
Click Disable 2FA and enter a current 6-digit code to confirm. You can re-enable later.
Linked Accounts (OAuth)
Link Apple or Google accounts for faster login:
- Apple Sign In — Click "Link Apple" and authenticate with your Apple ID
- Google Sign In — Click "Link Google" and authenticate with your Google account
You can unlink accounts at any time. Your username/password login always works regardless.
AI Providers & AI Credits
TraderBotz offers two ways to power AI features:
Option 1: Bring Your Own API Keys (Free)
Add your own AI provider credentials and all AI features use your keys at no additional platform cost — you pay your provider directly. See the setup guides:
- ▶ OpenAI
- ▶ AWS Bedrock
- ▶ Bedrock Mantle
You can have multiple providers configured. Set one as default. Your own keys are always used first when available.
Option 2: Purchase AI Credits
Don't want to manage your own API keys? Purchase AI credit packages from the Billing page and we handle the AI infrastructure. Credits are deducted per AI call based on actual token usage. Three packages are available: $9.99, $19.99, and $39.99. When credits run out, AI features are paused until you top up or add your own API keys.
AI Usage & Costs
The AI Usage section shows total calls, input/output tokens, and estimated cost broken down by feature and model. Every AI call is logged with full transparency — whether you're using your own keys or platform credits. Monitor this to keep your AI costs in check.
